"Lovely staff, delicious breakfast and very clean rooms. Some parts of the hotel have been modernised but other parts still need to be done so in places it is a little tired. But in the most part it’s an excellent hotel and the staff and food are incredible."

"This classically stylish hotel is well located in St. Peter Port, with easy access from the ferry port. Our room was large and, because it looked to the rear of the property, was very quiet. We ate at 2 of the restaurants and had very good meals, but our favorite was the small cocktail lounge off of the lobby where it was suitably dark and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Guernsey."
