The staff was excellent. The manager at check-in (his name was forgotten) and the manager at check-out (Mr. Ismail) were very professional. They and their working staff took every effort to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The place is very clean.

Nice Hotel. Excellent helpful Staff. Pleasant Stay

The room was spacious, with 2 king beds and a full bed, well maintained and very comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. Mathi Residency is also at walking distance from Chennai Central railway station making it very easily accessible and convenient to commute within Chennai.

One of the best stays we had in years. Very professional and sweet people. Food is out of this world. We will definitely revisit.

The care that I received as a guest was impeccable. You will not be disappointed.

Very good and very clean!

Fabulous and helpful staff. Great brand new hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience was truly 5-star! The property was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They went above and beyond whenever we needed assistance, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The food was excellent, and overall, our entire stay was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! Melaine Rajanayagam, USA, stayed on Aug ,2026.

The stay was amazing. There are decent hotels for food near by. The stay was overall very convenient. Rana Das at reception is an amazing person. His hospitality is splendid.

Very helpful staff. Made taxi arrangements for me, provided hand phone power cord when I had forgotten mine, made change of larger bills. Thoughtful and attentive. Room was basic but clean and as advertised. Centrally located near beach and center. Guard at the entrance and parking area. Facilities were minimal, so beat for a tourist rather than business traveller. Breakfast was simple and adequate. Has room service and restaurant. Would recommend.

This is a small hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient location (museum, train station and hospitals). I was there for the museum. The managerial and front desk staff are outstanding - very responsive and caring. They treat you like family. Room was spacious, air conditioned, and comfortable. The bathroom was functional and clean - I asked it to be cleaned more thoroughly and they did that. If there is anything they could update, it would be the bathroom. The breakfast is basic but I had...

water heater was not working . other than that all good. breakfast provided was nice

The location was great very close to metro stn. Staff was very helpful and informative. Enjoyed the morning breakfast. Overall a decent place to stay at.

Thanks for Stay….. very close to subway to zip about.
