"We really enjoyed our stay - from start to finish. After a full day of travelling we arrived just before midnight. We received a warm welcome from the man at the front desk - he was Hawaiian - I can’t remember his name. Very helpful and kind - we could have chatting with him all night! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Always greeting us and opening doors. The day we checked out it was raining and we rented a truck so they allowed us to store our belongings while we did a plantation tour. The food at the restaurant was great - my daughter said it was the best burger and fries she ever had. The food was very reasonably priced. I enjoyed the breakfast menu as well. They have a water machine in the lobby with a sparkling water option - our kids loved it. The pool area was awesome and we used the pool everyday - even the day it rained! We would definitely stay here again. "
