"The front desk, staff top tier amazing every hotel should want their employees to get treated and act this way literally the best part of staying at this hotel was checking in besides the front desk people all the other employees are rude they like to play games they like to stand in doorways and listen to peoples conversations all the other staff have attitudes every single day never can get towels toilet paper anything for the room on a good note amazing furniture good quality of the things that’s in the room pool looks clean. Lots of people have been in and out of it so that’s amazing. You don’t see that hotels a lot."

"My wife and I chose to stay at the Vault to celebrating our 15 year anniversary. We had a great time, the place was just what we needed to relax, disconnect from our daily responsibilities and reconnect with each other like it was our honeymoon. The location is great, far enough from the Main Street of Medicine park, but close enough that we could walk to the local shops and restaurants. We are looking forward to staying at Vault again."
