I made a reservation and drove more than 3 hours to get to Lakeview Hotel. When I arrived, I was told there was no room for me. Then I was told my room was "under construction." If that was the case, why wasn't I contacted before I made the trip?
Instead, I was left without a room after a long drive. There was no proper apology and no reasonable solution offered.
