"The Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, etc. Its a beautiful view and the path to the water seemed like a "secret path".Enjoyed the sauna and soaking tub. "The house was very quaint and very well supplied for pretty much anything you wanted. The most amazing thing was being able to sit on the deck overlooking the ocean and watching the tide go in and out. Also the Hunter's Super full moon was beyond beautiful as it reflected across the water. We could not have asked for better weather coming from Texas heat. All in all I would highly recommend this property for peace and quiet and the beauty of nature. We were also very privileged to have spotted a bald eagle flying over head one morning."

"Well maintained older property with a gorgeous view across a large backyard. A great place to crash while exploring Maine. Everything we needed was available plus more entertainment in the garage we didn’t have time to take advantage of. The A/C splits were a welcome addition since it was 90 on some of our days there. "

"Beautifully-appointed, very clean, comfortable bright, updated historic home in easy-access central location. Large kitchen had all that we needed, set up in a user-friendly way. Bathrooms great with lovely old bathtub, great water pressure, super cushy towels! Wifi worked great. Amanda and Tiff the housekeeper were very helpful and easy and fun to interact with, and we looked forward to seeing the dogs Mike and Helen each day. Our only slight issue was with high season traffic noise at night from Route 1, which is understandable given location, it just caught us off guard. Once we adjusted to it, it was fine. We kayaked, hiked, and ate out daily in all locations within an hour of the house. A few miles away at Stockton Springs Marina is an EXCELLENT restaurant called The Cove which is like eating at the home of a friend who happens to be a pro chef. Highly recommended. "
