  • Newly renovated One Bedroom Condo with pull out sleeper sofa in living room. Full kitchen, smart TV and WIFI. Located in a 24 Hour gated community. Short walking distance to Beach, Pool, 1st hole of a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, TIki bar, recreation facility with fitness center, sauna and restaurant on site . Short drive from downtown Fort Pierce with many restaurants near by. Located on the 1st Floor.

Nice condo near the water.

Nicely decorated, comfortable bed, good appliances. The shower is very nice.

Wonderful comfortable condo in great location!

Couldn't have asked for more amenities in the unit and on the grounds and all within a short stroll to fantastic beach!

OV Getaway

Convenient location to all OV amenities. Have stayed at this unit several times with easy check in. Unit is well stocked with kitchenware and beach necessities. Owner responsive to any questions during stay.

Excellent accommodations

Very nice modern condo. Felt like being at our own house. Will definitely stay again when visiting the island. Owner was very fast in responding.

Vacation

Everything was as advertised. The kitchen was very well stocked. The tennis courts are very close so there was there was some noise from that. Overall a very nice stay.

Awesome stay with great proximity to everything we wanted!

Loved every minute and all things beachy. Nice to have good toilet paper on hand and even a bottle ofnwater in the fridge and soda when we arrived! Loved the beach chairs and the abundancy of towells and the washing machine! Truly awesome!

John was a great host! Ocean Village needs a much better process of entering the property.

Great Getaway For Two

Condo was very nice- furniture, decor so well done. John was easy to work with & very accommodating. The property is well maintained & great for walking. We enjoyed the restaurant & sports bar- good food & service. A very nice vacation before the NE weather!!!!

Clean & up to date

This is probably the best property we have rented including hotels. All the appliances are new and good working order. The king size bed is very comfortable. The double doors opening to the bedroom really gives an air of roominess.

The condo was lovely.

Everything we needed was there including an air fryer. The condo was light, airy, and very clean with plenty of towels. The main community pool was huge going to 10 ft deep. John was very accessible and accommodating during our entire stay. I would definitely stay again.

Our January Vacation

We had a very enjoyable time at this property. Everything you need for a long stay except your food is there. Host was very responsive when needed. A great home away from home for our month of leisure. Area is quiet, yet very close to all activities on site. Friendly people from all over the country. The resort is well run and very well taken care of. We will be back another time.

First time VRBO stay

Our experience was wonderful. Anything you may have forgotten at home could be found in this condo. Anytime I contacted John, he responded in a timely fashion. My husband and I agree if we were to travel to this area again we would like to try to stay at Johns VRBO again. Thank you for a overall wonderful experience.

Dealing with John (our Host) was great. Check in at the gate was no hassle since everything was arranged. The Condo was amazing. All New Appliances and fully stocked Kitchen Supplies with everything you could need with nice "things" (not junk). Comfortable Living Room furniture and amazing King Bed Mattress. The Resort has 4 swimming pools but we chose the "Aruba" Pool as it had a Hot Tub and much quieter. The Main pool would be great for Families or Groups with lots of music and fun on weekends. We did have onsite access to the Beach but we didn't use it because of the windy weather making the waves too much for swimming.

Terrific Property!

Condo was spotless, well stocked, exactly as described. Less than 5 minute walk to beach, pool & restaurant. Perfect spot for. 2 people. Highly recommend!

Nice & convenient

A very nice condo near where we wanted to be. The only negative was the king bed was extra soft to me as I like a firm mattress.

Perfect place to stay!

Lovely condo so beautifully decorated. Bed was super comfy!! Anything I needed was there. Located a 2 minute walk to the pool area. Will definitely book it again!!

Ocean Village

My son and family stayed in this condo. The property owner was friendly, professional and helpful! The condo was clean, recently updated, tastefully decorated and well maintained. We would definitely be interested in renting this property in the future.

0ur Feb vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Village. We have rented there for 7years and appreciated a 1st floor unit John did a fantastic job remodeling the unit, new floors, all new kitchen appliances and bathroom and vanity area . While we were there we also received a new washer and dryer. Beautiful area and close to all the amenities and especially the beach. Enjoy your stay. K & H from N.J.

Lovely ground floor condo in upscale retirement community on oceanfront. Minutes to beach

Everything a couple could ask for in well appointed immaculate home in the middle of a very friendly active adult community. Loved every minute of our month long stay!

Loved it!

The Condo was close to the tennis courts, short walk to the beach and pool. Very clean! Never heard any of the neighbors so nice and quiet. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Having the extra beach towels was also very nice. John was always quick to answer any questions I had! Would definitely book this place again in the future.

Very Nice

I have stayed at several condos in the Villas and this was the nicest. Newly remodeled with new appliances and a good location. Good job by the host!
