"Our cottage was dirty. It had a bad odor. The air conditioners were dirty and moldy. There was a mouse which we caught in a trap. Laundry room was totally inadequate. There were gaps between the boards in the floor where you could see to the dirt. The owner was not helpful or nice! She was rather nasty, in fact. The pictures were like glamour shots. Not what it really looked like. I took pictures that show how it really looked. No one would be enticed by those pictures. Avoid this place!"

"We stayed in the cottages of IndianRiver lagoon waterfront cottages March 1-31 The cottages are quaint and cute . They are perfect for a couple or small families . If the cottage walls could speak, I am sure we would hear great stories of their 80 year history. The grounds are beautiful with walk ways and palm trees and flowering bushes. "Very moldy and mildewy cheap furniture, shower curtains, and mattress. Windows filthy and some inoperable. Porch screen had a hole they refused to fix. Bathroom sink did not drain. Kitchen was clean and all appliances worked well. Great concept, grounds, and dock. Guests were very nice."

"The set up of cottages on the Indian River is a very nice concept & layout. However, the #5 Wahoo Cottage we stayed in needs work. There is a hole in the wall just above the couch that is the size of a coffee can. The wall in the dining room is fractured and falling apart. The closet in the master bedroom has mold on the ceiling, the bathroom is missing one of the sliding glass doors (and the one remaining one wasn't clean), the white binder that tells you about the area falls apart when you...
