The Condo is a1st Floor unit with NO STAIRS and includes an attached Fully enclosed 2 car garage plus you can relax and enjoy a beautiful water view with lighted fountain from the comfort of your own personal screened lanai. The property is located a mere 500 feet away from resort sized heated pool, hot tub, exercise room and clubhouse. Less than 8-mile drive to Margaritaville and Fort Myers Beach and 11-mile drive to Sanibel Island. This is a Gated community with amenities including Tennis, Pickleball, Basketball and Shuffleboard. Minimum 1 month Rental and completion of an HOA rental application form is required.
