Welcome to our stunning, newly renovated condo, located on a picturesque golf course. Our spacious and modern unit is perfect for a long-term stay, with a minimum rental time of 30 days. The condo features two bedrooms with king beds, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, a laundry room, and a comfortable family room with large TV. Enjoy high-speed internet for work or play, a spacious living area with plenty of natural light, and comfortable seating. The community amenities include an outdoor pool. The lanai offers an excellent view of the golf course. The location is unbeatable, we are only 15 minutes away from Fort Myers International Airport(RSW). We are within easy access to the golf courses, beaches, both Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins Spring Training facilities, and popular restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities in the surrounding area. Whether you're here for work or leisure, our condo is the perfect home base for your stay.

The property was as advertised everything was up to date and clean People who want to stay at this condo will be very surprised with what is offered Large TVs in all rooms washer and dryer was standard all new kitchen would would in your own home enjoyed every minute while living there

This property is beautifully maintained, and the property owner assisted me all the way before, during and after my month-long stay.The property owner provided everything one could possibly need, down to snacks, scissors, packing tape, etc.In addition she gave immediate responses to fixing a fan.Very impressed with both the condominium and the owmer.

My husband and I spent 2 1/2 months in this condo at the Forest Contry Club and participated in the club’s Discovery program. We had a fabulous time. The condo was very well located. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend staying here!
