Covered parking near 2nd floor unit and elevator. Visit with friendly neighbors from all over as you enjoy the beautiful heated outdoor pool, large community room, gym with locker room and sauna. Tennis courts, pickle ball as well as shuffleboard courts. Sit under the tree and BBQ at outdoor grill and picnic area.
This spacious, bright 2 bedroom/2 bath unit has an open floor plan with a large kitchen complete with wine fridge. You can eat and work from spacious kitchen bar counter. Ample area to relax with 3 recliners in livingroom. Screened in lanai allows you to enjoy the outdoors without dealing with mosquitoes. Primary bedroom is large with tons of closet room.
From this location you are minutes from all kinds of shopping and dining. Downtown Ft Myers is only 5 miles away. East to spend time enjoying the Caloosahatchee River and all the night life and festivals. Ft Myers beach and Sanibel Island are both nearby.
