Summary:
Located in South Fort Myers on a quiet cul-de-sac street, this home features a fantastic pool, renovated kitchen, flatscreen TVs throughout, a two car garage, large indoor-outdoor Florida room, and sleeping capacity for up to eight guests. Close to shopping, dining and entertainment. this is the ideal home for your next family vacation. Recent upgrades were made to both bathrooms.

The Space:
This cute and comfy home is situated across 1,600 square feet, comprised of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are appointed with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the first guest bedroom, and a full and twin bed in the second guest bedroom. There are two bathrooms, the master bathroom features a walk in shower and the guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination. There is a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room contributing to a total sleeping capacity of up to eight guests.

The home features a beautiful back yard with a coconut and mango tree, large pool, and large pool cage to protect guests from bugs and the pool from debris. As a result the pool will always be sparkly and clean!

This home is pet friendly for up to two pets, please declare on your reservation whether or not you will be bringing pets with you and indicate the number of pets on your reservation. We are only dog friendly by default. If you intend on bringing more than two dogs or any pets that are not dogs we kindly request that you seek our approval prior to making your reservation, thank you!

Pet fee of $100 per pet, please contact us to arrange to make the pet fee payment.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy access to the entire house, garage, pool, and jacuzzi.

This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac known as Kimberly Lane, in Southern Fort Myers. Close to beaches, shopping, and entertainment.

Has potential

This house has great potential. The pictures in the listing do not depict what the house actually looks like post-hurricane (house is being repaired, some light switches don’t work, Ice machine in fridge door doesn’t work (have to open it to get ice). Spacious house. Pool and hot tub are nice. There are TVs in the house, but they don’t work. This house is meant for being outside all day. No activities available inside the house. The master bedroom, bed is pretty uncomfortable. Highly recommend bringing your own pillows, as the ones provided feel like cotton balls. There are no cleaning supplies available (brooms, mops, vacuum) to clean while you are there. Location is good.

Disappointed

Overall disappointed with house. House needs alot of work. Patio door didnt lock at all, no way to secure it. Pans, dishes and silverware were dirty. Linens were stained and dirty looking, couple pillows had some old drool stains. Family bath had alot of issues. Toilet and shower drains would back up. Master bath had a very loose toilet and toilet paper holder hanging out of the wall. Pool and patio were fine, hot tub smelled like rotten eggs. The finish of the recent work in the house is terrible. Location was perfect for us and the house has great potential, someone needs to put some love into it. Listing should be more accurate as to the appearance and condition of the house.

This is a DIVE!!! I would not encourage anyone to stay here. The property is in a very poor state of repair and when you deal with the property manager, they state that all concerns you bring forward should be at the renters expense or because of the hurricane (not all of our concerns were because of the hurricane). For example, we booked for 4 adults and 4 children as the property stated it could sleep that many, we clarifies that there would be enough lounge chairs for us all the sit around the pool, and because the property did not have enough chairs ones were purchased at a second hand store to which the property manager stated that we caused financial expenses for the owner. The property did not have a working smoke detector when we checked in. We had cockroaches that we personally bought poison for and we were not refunded by the property manager. The patio door is broken. The linen was stained. The fan did not work in the one bedroom. The bathroom fan was broken in the family bathroom. The quality of the pots, pans, cutlery and utensils are from the dollar store AT BEST!!!! I could go on and on but needless to say this accommodation is a dive, save your money never stay here.
