From the moment you enter the double glass doors of this home, you will be welcomed by the incredible lake view and large private pool. If that doesn't leave you in awe, you will undoubtedly notice the beautiful Florida sunshine that naturally lights the entire home!
This four-bedroom and two-bath split floor plan is perfect for a large family. Interior and exterior living space become intertwined due to three separate pocket sliding glass doors that open up to the screened-in lanai and private pool area with several lounge chairs to soak up that sun. Now this is what Florida living is all about! Outdoor living space at its finest.
This living space offers you plenty of room for entertaining, sunbathing, and swimming all while enjoying a nice breeze off the lake. The home includes two large great rooms with plenty of windows. The first when you enter the home attaches to the master suite. The master suite with a king-size bed offers a large bathroom with a soaking tub, bay window, walk-in extra large shower, double vanities, and sliding glass doors which lead out to the pool and lanai area.
The second great room is on the adjacent side of the home. Although it’s on the other side of the home, it doesn’t lack the Florida sunshine! This room is attached to an eat-in modern kitchen, offering solid wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a center island with barstools.
The three additional bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and two with two twin beds each, are located down the hall with wall to wall carpet, closets, and each bedroom has its own window. This home also offers its own laundry room with new washer and dryer, tile and wood flooring can be found throughout, and is decorated in a very nice beachy feel because who wouldn’t want to enjoy that charm while you’re in Southern Florida right?
To make traveling easy, Fort Myers airport is only 11 miles away and you can get to shopping, dining, grocery stores, bars, or restaurants within 1 mile of this home.
Fort Myers Beach, one of the major tourist attractions is just minutes away. Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Estero Bay Preserve State Park, golfing, fishing, boating, and many other tourist attractions are all very close as well.

*The pool can be heated upon request! 72 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $32 per day plus tax must be paid prior to check-in.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
