Beautiful condo on the beach in Waterside. 1 month minimum . Come spend your winter on Fort Myers Beach. Beautiful 3 bedroom property close to everything. Lots of amenities, community pool, private beach, sauna, work out room and more. Condo has recently been renovated. Large lanais, great living space to entertain, and large bedroonms for your guests. Master Ensuite has a large jacuzzi tub and plenty of storage.
Walk to Santini Place with lots of restaurant and shopping and the Farmers Market.

4141 Bay Beach

The property is right across the street from a large construction project. It’s very loud 6 days a week. Ruined the experience for us. If you enjoy construction noise it’s perfect.

Relaxation!

Spacious, lots of light, lovely view of Estero Bay, comfortable furnishings, big breezy screened porch, big master bedroom and bathroom, super location if you like to walk along the bay, to the beach (less than a mile), and in nature-areas. Nice sized community heated pool with spa tub. Well equipped kitchen. Owner was very responsive. We will be back!
