The backyard has a covered patio lanai area next to the pool with seating for both dining and separate lounging, sun loungers, and areas with shade all day. Garage parking for 2 cars plus 4 more uncovered.

Private entrances from garage to ground level foyer with elevator. A private entrances up a flight of stairs from foyer. A third private entrances from outside stair case.
