Sun Kiss Villas, beach side duplex with pool!

Sun Kiss Villas is a beach side duplex with 2 min walk to the beach! Great for big family vacations or few families that want to stay together but would like some privacy. Each side has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and lofts with balconies and extra sleeping space!
Enjoy the view of water from inclosed patios! Fully equipped kitchens with breakfast bars.
Having both sides have many advantages! you can have grown ups hanging out in one and kids watching their own movie in another half!

both units have identical layouts with open floor plan on the first floor and master suites.
Sliding glass door open up to the enclosed deck for that outdoors air and breeze:)

the house has many sleeping options from bunk bed, full and king size beds, as well as pull out couch and a futon.
We have two outdoor showers to help you get that sand and salt off before you get into the house. both units have a set of washer and dryer.
We have two beach access on both sides just 2 min walk from the house as well as direct access path right behind our home.
We just finished installing brand new inground pool.

The island is resilient and coming back to life more and more every day.
many restaurants and bars are open and more coming back every week. Publix supermarket is open and just few min drive away.

Please note that the island sustained devastating damage from Hurricane Ian back in September of 2022.
We are a few lucky homeowners who got to keep their house. You will see many empty lots with nothing but the pool left. we have no houses left between our home and the beach.
It has being cleaned up since and is on a speedy way to recovery with most restaurants open. Grocery store Publix is just few min away from the house as well as CVS pharmacy.
Town center has Time Square where every weekend some kind of event is hap-penning. New Margaritaville resort is open to public with day passes.

with all that said, please understand that we have no way of controlling any future construction around our property. At the present time we have nothing going on but it can change any time.
please no shoes in the house. we have outside showers for sandy feet after the beach:)
please clean the outdoor grilles after each use,
please wash and fold all towels prior your departure to avoid laundry fee of $50
