If you are craving some sunshine and blue waters, come on down! Morning walks with your toes in the sand set the tone for another day in Paradise. Spend the day in the surf and sun, then finish off another perfect day quietly entranced by another unique and spectacular sunset.
Whether you want to relax on the balcony and enjoy looking at the gulf, play in the surf, lay out on the beach or pick shells, lounge by the pool or enjoy a few rounds of tennis and pickle ball, you won't be bored.

Located and well thought after Estero Beach and Tennis Club, out condo has about everything you need for a quick perfect beach getaway or a few months of soaking in the sun! Our condo has king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, newly remodeled bathroom with walk in shower, smart TV, WIFI, beach chairs and umbrellas and even fishing pole:)
Whether you want to relax on the balcony and enjoy looking at the water, play in the surf, lay out by the pool, enjoy a few rounds of tennis and pickle ball , or pick shells on the beach, you won't be bored.
You can even catch a trolley and head up to Time Square, where you will find many great dining options and entertainment, or down to explore the nature at Lover's Key. If you are into boating, fishing or dolphin watching, there is a marina across the street. Don't forget kayaking, parasailing, jet skiing, floating Tiki bar, too many things to list!

I'm available by the phone most of the time but ask not to be disturbed from 10 pm till 6 am, unless it's an emergency.

The island of Fort Myers Beach is still recovering from hurricane Ian but it is cleaned up and there is so many places that are open and operating at full capacity:)

ADVISORY:

The pool is open and we have new tennis and pickleball courts.
CVS pharmacy is open and it's a short walk from the property.
Santini shopping plaza is still under renovations.
Absolutely no smocking of any kind in the unit including the balcony.
If you smoke, you will have to go outside to the parking lot.
please don't flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
Please rinse yourself after the beach before entering the building.
