Spectacular Views!! Beautifully Updated!! No Resort Fees!

Hurricane Update: Flippers (onsite restaurant), Lover's Key State Park and the beach of Fort Myers Beach are open and as viable as ever. Several of the restaurants on the south end of Fort Myers Beach remain closed, but there are many restaurants open on the north end of the island (via trolley) and Bonita Springs shopping and dining is at100%

Imagine yourself just steps from what the Travel Channel calls #4 of the 10 best beaches in the world! Nestled on Black Island where there are only 3 other buildings, Lover's Key Resort and views from our condo boast unprecedented water views, dolphins, manatee, sea turtles, and more. Don't confuse this unit with some of the smaller condos in the same resort. Not only are we located on the 10th floor where the views are nothing short of amazing, but our condo is much larger than many of the other units in the building. The unit has a full-size, modern, fully furnished kitchen, flat screen TV, king size bed, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, pull out sofa bed and more. Wireless Internet is also included free of charge. This is our favorite unit of the 2 that we own!!

On site, the resort offers an amazing geothermal pool with a cascading waterfall, hot tub, laundry, restaurant/bar (the best one on Fort Myers Beach, in our opinion), gas grills and more. While there is a small beach at the resort itself, Lover's Key State Park is only 1 mile away and easily accessible by trolley, private vehicle or on foot.

Lover's Key Resort is located on the more elegant and quieter, south end of the beach. Just a short trolley ride away (approx. 75 cents) is the hustle, bustle, and action of the north end of Fort Myers Beach and the famous Fort Myers Beach Times Square. There you will find countless bars, night, clubs, restaurants, and shops. Head south about 20 miles to Naples (no trolley service) and check out 5th Avenue and the world class shopping and dining that is offered there.

Boat rentals, fishing trips, golf courses, Everglades tours, kayaking, shelling, para-sailing, and more are all nearby.

Upon first using the shower and sink the stench was terrible having to put in ceiling fans and open the balcony door the entire day. It’s dated but sufficient, needs new couch.Excellent views watching dolphins strand feed drinking coffee every morning. Secluded to a degree with awesome lovers key park across the street.

From the time we booked til the time we got home from the vacation, the host had great communication with us. By far the best experience we've had with renting vacation spots. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) really enjoyed our stay! As many have said, the view from the room/balcony is awesome. The unit is well stocked with kitchen items, towels, etc. We really appreciated the extra beach towels and beach chairs. We used the on-site laundry (on first floor near lobby) mid-week for a reasonable fee and didn’t have any issues. Lovers key is a really nice area if you want to have some distance from the crowded fort myers beach area. There is still some post-hurricane construction and bridge work going on in the area but it was to be expected and did not negativity affect our stay. If you are wanting to walk to the beach, as of date of this review, that is not possible due to construction. Thanks for sharing your place!

The condo was very clean and exactly what was pictured. The hosts were easy to work with and made great suggestions for things to do/places to eat! We never made it to the pool but it looks lovely! The view from the condo was spectacular and we loved having coffee each morning on the balcony!

We came down for our honeymoon. This place was amazing the view is breathtaking. We could sit in the bedroom, in the living room or on the balcony and still have an unobstructed view. We saw manatee, dolphins, and stingrays every day. If you are thinking about booking this place DO IT, you won’t be disappointed.

My family and I makes us be repeat guests for a couple of things: best owner to deal with, responds quickly, make sure we have all that we need and keep us informed. Great view from the 10 th floor was amazing. very clean and private. Saw multiple sharks, dolphins, birds and entertained by jet skis and boaters, . Lucky to see space X launch a rocket. Close to Lovers Key beach and wildlife trails.

Staying here was amazing! The condo was clean and had so many cute personal touches. The view of the surrounding area from the windows was stunning. The area is still recovering from the hurricane but the hosts were fantastic with helping us decide where to go. Truly a gem! I highly suggest staying here.

Very nice place ti stay and I think reasonable. Dining next door at Flippers was very good. I was surprised to see every building is either new or completely refurbished. Due to the recent hurricane. But it us coming back strong. I would definitely recommend this condo for a nice quiet stay. Communication with the owner was easy and very quick.

My husband and I were thinking about renting a VRBO in Captiva, FL when this listing popped up as an alternative. The view from the condo was stunning and knowing that the community is in the process of rebuilding after Hurricane Ian, we decided to modify our location. The hosts are lovely. Honestly, they could have been more accommodating from the time I booked the reservation to the day we headed home. One of the best features is Flippers, an amazing restaurant right outside of the pool area. The ambiance, service, and quality were amazing! This is an A+ property and A+ hosts!

We loved our weekend stay at this beautiful 10th floor condo! The views were amazing from the floor to ceiling windows. We saw dolphins, manatees, boaters, and incredible sunrises! The owners are so nice and very easy to reach if you have any questions. We will definitely be back!

This condo offered an absolutely breathtaking view! We were mesmerized by the constant activity: boats cruising by, jet skis zipping across the water, and even dolphins swimming playfully right in front of us. We felt incredibly safe and secure during our stay.We visited during Spring Break, and while there were numerous restaurants within a 10-mile radius, the traffic due to bridge construction made travel times extremely long, often 40-60 minutes each way, with additional 90-minute waits at the restaurants themselves. We quickly learned that dining around 3 PM was the best way to avoid the peak crowds. Thankfully, the on-site restaurant was a convenient and enjoyable alternative.The bridge construction also impacted beach access, requiring us to walk across the bridge to reach the sand. This didn't bother me at all, as I aim for 10,000 steps daily. Plus, the walk turned into a highlight when I spotted five dolphins feeding and playing near the bridge! I was captivated for a good 30 minutes.The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. Their communication was top-notch. I reached out for activity and dining recommendations, and they replied promptly with excellent suggestions. The condo itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, from silverware and kitchen essentials to plenty of towels.Overall, despite the Spring Break crowds and bridge construction, we had a fantastic stay. What a lovely place to stay! The condo has spectacular, close-up views of the water and we saw a beautiful variety of birds each day. We had an extremely comfortable bed and a spacious, nicely decorated temporary home that contained everything we needed for our honeymoon visit. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Flippers next door. The owners were responsive to our needs and very quick to respond when we had a question. I am so glad we found this place and would enjoy returning for an anniversary celebration!

This is a lovely unit. The view is very pretty and I sat and watched the Dolphin feed and play on whole evening. The only draw back is that we like to walk the beach and there is no beach access at this resort. Very clean unit and very comfortable.
