Spectacular Sunsets with Direct Gulf views, Pool,11th floor, Building C, WiFi

Gorgeous direct beach views from our renovated condo. Come and enjoy the large heated pool with luxurious sun deck for crowd-free sunning or sports activities. Access to the beach is only a few steps after you exit the building. From your balcony, view many species of colorful birds to see such as pelicans, egrets, osprey, and herons as well as dolphins swimming in the surf. Tennis and Pickleball courts are available to those who enjoy those sports. Take early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the sand of this most beautiful beach. Beach sunsets are too beautiful to describe!

We are located across the street from Santini Plaza Which is still under construction at this time and will be opening this summer which will have multiple Shop, Bars, Restaurants. At this time they are planning on bringing in food trucks soon until Santini Plaza opens. CVS pharmacy & 7-Eleven are open at this time which are about 100 yards from our complex. Publix grocery store is open 2 miles to the north and Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro are behind Publix on the back bay behind Publix. These are favorite of ours when we visit.

Our unit is probably the only condo that has a separate A/C unit in the bedroom which is really needed in the summer months. Please notice the difference between the views of our unit and some of the other units also advertised in VRBO. You don't have to look sideways to have water views.

Laundry on main floor uses quarters or download the app and pay with a credit card. Free onsite parking.

Property amenities include heated pool, BBQ grills, clay tennis / pickleball courts and shuffleboard. Cable TV and Wifi.

We Provide:

Beach Towels, Chairs, Umbrella, and Cooler and a beach wagon to carry those items.

Condo paradise
The condo was as described. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Condo was nice and clean. Very cozy. Mike was very attentive to any questions. One of our sons surprised us for my husbands birthday. Which made our stay even better! Met some wonderful people on the beach. Still construction in the area, but that didn’t take away from our trip. We would recommend this condo and may even stay again. We were very satisfied. Vacations are hard to come by with our professions. Was nice to enjoy ourselves.

Oh yeah!
We just finished a wonderful week at this place!! It was perfect for us!! We loved having a direct view of the ocean and beach. The condo was so comfortable and well appointed. Mike and Suzanne were very accommodating and communicated well. The only bad part of our week was leaving. It was so good to be back to FMB!!

Amazing Sunsets
This condo was very well equipment with everything you needed for an amazing beach vacation . The host was always very responsive with any questions we had. Yes Hurricane Ian caused a lot of damage in the surrounding area , but I would definitely stay there again.

Not as expected
Condo was nice. Hurricane damage was shocking. For what you have to pay for a rental with the damage still being repaired it was a poor value. Elevator was down 2 different times for hours and it held up plans. The alarm in the building next door went off 2 solid days and we couldn’t hear the TV or surf because it’s blaring away. The ground floor is under major construction and everything else around the building is closed under construction repairs. It’s hard to fault the owner to try and get income back from being out of commission but I was led to believe the pool was possibly going to open to finding it don’t even have a liner or fence around it and was told it would not open for months. Half the beach area was closed for repairs and there is no lobby or first floor it’s wide open to the air. I guess I just expected more done to be open. It’s a heavy construction site and zone for sure.
