203 B is a 2nd floor (3rd story) Beachfront condo with a perfect beach view. There is a king-size bed, walk-in shower, full kitchen and private balcony overlooking the beach. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
The premises of Estero Beach and Tennis are wonderful. The landscaping on the grounds is very well maintained and lush. There are tennis courts, a BBQ area, outdoor seating, and many walking trails. The Gulf of Mexico and beach is at your doorstep!

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.
