This beautiful Fort Myers Beach vacation rental is conveniently located White Cap Beach Condo has a gulf view on Fort Myers Beach. The condo boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for your relaxation and privacy. You’ll be comfortable in the master bedroom (queen bed, shower) or guest bedroom (1 Twin, 1 XLTwin, and tub/shower in bath). This end unit with South facing windows provides ample light throughout the day. A serene back lanai with seating and a lush tropical palm view awaits you outside the master bedroom. The large front balcony is the perfect location to view the picturesque Gulf of Mexico sunsets.

Directly across the street is Newton Beach Park, which includes restrooms/showers, grills, covered chickee hut, and picnic tables. This condo is located mid-island in the quieter residential area, away from high-rise buildings. It offers the opportunity to walk in either direction on the 7-mile long beach right out front. When you choose to relax on the beach, we provide beach chairs and towels for your use. Every 30-45 minutes during the day a trolley stops outside of the condo and can take you around the island for only 50 cents. No need to get in the car, the Publix grocery store is conveniently located only 2 driveways away. Behind the condo on the back bay, you will find Snook Bight marina for fishing charters and Bayfront Bistro for fine waterfront dining.

Florida snowbirds for 10 days

For the most part everything was very good. The sad part Fort Myers Beach is dealing with the devastation of the hurricane. Loved our location and the view. Would have loved a heads up on elevator because we had an 80 year old in bad health and another that had two knee replacements but we made it work. Condo was very well stocked with towels kitchen dishes.

Getaway

Great location didn’t realize the devastation from the hurricane is still bad. We had a great time great view of gulf but wished the elevator would have worked because we had two people that had health issues. In our listing we couldn’t find where it said the elevator was nonfunctional. After we saw devastation we were very understanding and we made it work. We let them know of a couple of other issues and they were quick to respond. Great place to stay. Can’t wait to see Fort Myers Beach done.

Great property and location!

We enjoyed every minute during our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked, property was clean, and close to beach, restaurants and activities. Would highly recommend staying here, we would definitely come back.

Very nice condo. Great mid-island location. Kitchen very well stocked. Wonderful covered parking. Close to beach (across the street) and grocery store. We had a great stay and highly recommend!

FMB Spring Break

This is a very convenient location, 1 block from the Estero Ave. Publix. It's across the street from the beach but you still have a good view. The condo is very nice... shotgun style. There are stools at the counter between the LR & kitchen. Small table for meals. Both bedrooms are well furnished. I would stay here again.

Very nice two bedroom condo. Kitchen nicely stocked. Could use a couple small pots. Good location. Exceptional short walk to Newton Park beach. Assigned parking for one car underneath. Enjoyed our week stay.

Great location close to beach and Publix

Great location close to the beach and Publix grocery store. Perfect for two adults and two children. The appartment is as shoved on the pictures. All you need in kitchen appliances is at hand. Warmly recommend this stay.

Great location at Fort Myers Beach with a view

My wife and I loved our stay at this condo. Property is very well maintained and the location is perfect - across the street from the beach, right next to the Publix and the Snook Bight Marina. We liked having both the front and the back balconies. The front balcony was especially nice for viewing sunsets each day. The condo also has a large unobstructed view of the ocean. The condo is in a quieter area right next door to Publix and the marina which offers boat rentals and various excursions. My wife and I also liked Bayfront Bistro which is a more upscale restaurant on the bay behind Publix. Overall a great place to stay for our new years getaway.

this place is the best place to stay for a relaxing vacation! good equipped apartment, clean, with a perfect location close to the beach and very close to restaurants and grocery shop(Publix). Cant think of anything better place to stay if you dont want to stay in a citycenter. and service is top before arrival and after departing.
