Our Gulf Coast beaches have reopened and we invite you to plan your next Fort Myers beach beach adventure at Estero Beach Villas!

Some ongoing renovations may continue taking place now that Estero Beach Villas condos has reopened; the beautiful beach frontage and pool is open and accessible for your use and enjoyment! Currently, the condo association is having new windows and balcony slider doors installed. This condo and all the condos in the same stack above & below this condo have had the new windows & balcony slider doors installed and is available for occupancy. The windows & balcony slider doors in the adjoining condo stacks are scheduled to be installed between June & September, 2025. There will be some construction noise and some parking lot conjestion Monday-Saturday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. during the estimated period of time June-September, 2025. Rates have been reduced to compensate accordingly.

Please note the photos of the some of the exterior features to include landscaping are not current and will be updated after the exterior restoration has been completed.

Just north of the property is Bowditch Pointe Regional Park a 17-acre park that is located at the northern tip of Estero Island. This serene location, which encompasses the entire end of the island, offers a choice of settings to fulfill your needs. The back bay offers quiet waters, peaceful surroundings and a close up look of vessels entering and exiting the bay. The park area features tables and grills, available on a first come first serve basis, in a shaded tropical setting sure to please any picnicker. The gulf front is more active while still providing a relaxed atmosphere for walkers, swimmers and sunbathers. Walking trails, through the restoration/preserve area, carry you through varied environments and offers an excellent opportunity for bird watching while being highlighted by panoramic views of Estero Bay. Bowditch Point Park is a designated Great Florida Birding Trail site.
A Saltwater Fishing License is required to saltwater fish from shore. There is no fee for Florida residents.

Take the Island's Beach Trolley street side (runs till 9pm) to wherever you wish to explore on the island, including family amusements, movie cinema, day or sunset cruises, fishing charters and casino ships, numerous restaurants, happy hours and entertainment venues. Don't forget the day ferry excursions to Key West, and travels to the Everglades!

Drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples; north off the island you'll find the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you'll also want to visit the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twin and the Boston Red Sox. And have we mentioned golf?

A trip to Fort Myers Beach has a little something for everyone. We can't wait for you to fall in love with our tropical paradise!
