Update: 03/08/2024. THE POOL IS OPEN!!!! As you are probably aware, Fort Myers Beach took a direct hit from Hurricane Ian in September 2022. The island is still recovering. Our condo has just reopened as of December 2023. Our condo itself is beautiful and ready to go. At this time, Santini Plaza is not open so there are no restaurants within walking distance of the condo. The CVS is open and within walking distance and they do have quite a few supplies and groceries. Publix is also open so you can do grocery shopping on the island. The trolley is also running to take you the length of the island. I will keep everyone updated as to when there are restaurants, etc. open. The condo itself is beautiful and ready and the beach is still awesome.

 
Looking for a vacation spot that has it all? You have found it right here!! This condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on beautiful Fort Meyers Beach. The condo is in the Estero Beach and Tennis Club complex on the south end of the island, otherwise known as the quiet end. Fort Myers Beach was voted one of the top 10 safest beaches in the world on Travel Channel. It is a white sand beach and a beachcombers delight if you looking for seashells. The complex also includes a heated pool, the best tennis courts on the island, and pickleball courts that are all for your use as our guest. There is parking on the complex.

The condo is set up for families with children of all ages with books, movies, games, sand toys and noodles for the pool. There is a king bed and queen size sofa sleeper with an accordion door that can be pulled shut to make this 2 bedrooms. It is also perfect for that romantic holiday as it is very quiet and relaxing and the private balcony is also perfect for a glass of wine while watching the sunset. We even had a wedding proposal take place on the balcony this year and guests who got married on the beach! It is also a perfect honeymoon location!!

The condo is beautifully decorated and we keep everything updated for your enjoyment. The kitchen is completely furnished with stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, utensils, dishes, pots/pans, blender, toaster, etc. Linens are provided. There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

We have a queen size pull out sleeper and recliner in the living area. There is a table and chairs on the balcony so you can enjoy breakfast on the balcony and a kitchen table with 4 chairs in the kitchen. We have a new 55 inch TV with blue ray player with movies for all ages. Books, games and beach toys are supplied also. There are also beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrella for your use.

We now have high-speed internet directly into our condo!! It is possible to now make this a working vacation if necessary.

You never have to worry about boredom! There is parasailing, fishing, jet skiing, dolphin tours, sightseeing tours, day trips to the Keys, casino boats, lots of shopping and golf available within a short drive. Tennis is available right on the grounds along with pickleball. The pool is heated so it feels like bath water. The trolley is running along the entire island. Plus the beach is right outside your door!

Pets are welcome for an additional cost of $50 per week. The association does ask for proof of shots from your vet at least 30 days in advance of your visit. This is for your safety and also for the safety of your pet. Do not leave any part of the family behind!

Looking for beachfront? This is the place. On the quiet end of the island, it is a great place to relax and unwind. If you like to collect seashells, I highly recommend. On our trip the shelling was better here than on Sanibel. Loved our relaxing stay.

Beautiful Sunsets
The balcony allowed us to see some amazing sunsets and dolphins swimming. The condo’s close proximity to the Gulf provided us a relaxing vacation with walks on the beach in the morning and sitting on the beach in the afternoon. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping.

Overall a great place to stay. AC didn’t blow cold but we only needed it for part of a day. Could have used a mixer. The balcony tracts needed swept so wheels didn’t get stuck. Dishwasher wasn’t working, didn’t care. I’m sure these minor issues will be fixed. I think we are the first to rent post Ian. Did not in anyway make our trip any wonderful. Great condo I will stay in again. Directly on the gulf, best view of the all the rooms in the building.

The condo and the property exceeded our expectations. The ocean view and the sunsets from the balcony were spectacular! Even spotted dolphins frolicking. Morning walks along miles of beach was exuberant. Many beautiful shells and exotic birds along the way. Wonderful restaurants walking distance from property. People were friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this property! Correspondence with the owner was excellent, friendly and got right back to you. Thank you Cory , my husband and I had a wonderful vacation. We hope to get the opportunity to stay there again.

Wherever we were in the unit, we had a view of the water. There’s about 5-6 restaurants in walking distance - Great marina restaurant across the street. There’s a lovely lagoon with wildlife to see every day. I am thrilled I can come back next year!! Thank you Cory!!

Great property, lush lawns and neat beaches. Awesome birding, sunsets, and easy access to walking, parking and biking areas. Be aware the road is under construction and often crowded with traffic. Read your agreement carefully, I was surprised to learn only one roll of TP and appear towels ( and apparently) only one garbage bag. Seems stingy based on the rental price. Over all, was a great stay, good accommodations, and pleasant neighbors.

Nice Condo with a good view
We enjoyed our time there. Strangely enough, I had a hard time seeing in the kitchen and needed better lighting. And the lighting in the bathroom is very bad. Younger eyes maybe wouldn't have this problem. Same with the TV... needed to pull the TV closer to the sofa because it was too small to see for me. A bigger TV would be nice. But thank you for letting us use it! We appreciate it!

Much needed vacation
Corey was great to work with and responsive to any communication or needs. Condo had everything needed to settle in for a long relaxing stay. Comfortable and quiet and great for our dogs. Property was great. Pool was great. Beach was great and very natural, not touristy, like further north on the island. Anything needed was a short drive away. We have been renting in Fort Myers Beach for 20 years, and this was probably the best property to stay at with our dogs, which are our kids, since they have been coming with us. Very comfortable and quiet, which was just what we needed and wanted. Small but nice condo and had everything we needed for a relaxing get away! Will be back!!!

Nice Condo but the building itself is dirty & musty & some other things I will explain
It is a cute place but the interior of the building was dirty and the hallways were very musty smelling even with a mask on. The view is spectacular. and we loved sitting on the deck at night watching the sunset. But you can hear the talking, yelling, singing of others who are outside and it was loud many nights. Even with the door closed we could hear people from the other building whooting and laughing and singing etc. so privacy wise at night sometimes not so much. Well sleeping was horrible. The bed you could feel every spring and it was sooo hard, and there are only 2 flat pillows on the bed. We flew out so we didn't bring any extra pillows and I sure wasn't going to go buy some that I couldnt take home with me. THere really should have been more pillows and the 2 that are there are so flat they need to be replaced. My husband was soooo uncomfortable in the bed he ended up on the couch to sleep. The handles for the shower and water leaked and are very old. This really should get fixed. There is a metal bar on the bottom of the patio door that is raised about 1 inch that you have to step over to go out onto the deck. We put something down by it so we would remember to step up and over each time so we didn't trip. At night a strip light might be good to go along the length of it so you notice it when its dark. It took us forever to figure out the TV, the directions are so faded and worn you cannot read them. Eventually my husband figure it out, but the cables were unplugged so nothing worked until he plugged and unplugged things. We had rented a car so most days we were gone during the day but wanted to come back for a swim and relax etc. FORGET IT!! The pool area was closed at 5:45 every single night and it had a sign on it stating so. That was very very disappointing as that is one of the reasons we picked this Condo. There is a ton of road construction all over this area so getting places was absolutely horrible. People on bicycles literally go faster than going by car. There is not alot to do on this end and so glad we rented a car as you needed to if you wanted to go to a restaurant etc. We went to Key West for a full day on the Ferry and that was fun, but we didn't get back until almost 10 and there was no place to order food that would deliver and there are many places that wouldn't deliver even on a normal night way out here. Nice place but needs some fixing and changes before renting it out.

This condo is very nice. Great location and the best view from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has all the supplies you need - could use a little more water pressure in kitchen sink. Communication with owners before and during was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend.
