ON THE BEACH means the house is on the beach!!

This house is 1/4 mile from the beach, and has a broken elevator. It’s a 3 story house with a lot of stairs. My husband is a 100% disabled Army Veteran with mobility issues and we left his scooter at home because it said ON THE BEACH! Their explanation is that is is near the beach…so they say on the beach. Ridiculous. Sun Palace Vacations, that manage the house, failed to disclose that there was a broken elevator. They moved us to a 1 story home that was still 1/4 mile walk to the beach. Not the same quality of home, a very much smaller for the same price. They sent this wheelchair that went on the beach… that was very hard to push on the road. The second house had very few pots and pans and no beach accessories. We are a family of 8 adults. The third bedroom was a converted garage that didn’t get hardly any air in it. Needless to say in all my years of using any website to book a vacation have we had such a bad time because of misrepresentation. I have tried to contact customer support from Hotels.Com my entire vacation. Ver disappointed and renter beware!!
