"When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. "This unit was not ready when we checked in. We're transitioned to another property in the same neighborhood. Communication was clear and host was responsive to all questions and attended to any issues that arose quickly and appropriately. "

"This property was very clean and in a great area! We were able to fish from the dock, and the pool was great to relax at when we needed a break from the beach. The house included plenty of beach towels, a few floaties for the pool. And a wagon, beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs and a a few beach toys. The beach was about 1/4 mile and an easy walk, and the Publix grocery store is only 1 mile away. We had a great time!"
