"Great space - rooms were clean - elevator and hallways were a bit iffy, but front desk staff was fantastic and very helpful. Breakfast could’ve used a little clarity - staff was hard to find and it was unclear what and how to order. Overall tho - excellent budget friendly place to stay."

"The room and everything was wonderful. I will say that I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and this particular time I encountered one one of the late night staff that comes in early morning, very not kind and charging me without looking the correct information up and then was unable to give me information. I felt like I was being stereotype. so we had to get another person to come in and they were wonderful. They were able to explain everything they were able to fix everything."

"the staff was very courteous and helpful. breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. property was conveniently located close to metro and restaurants."

"Very friendly staff, clean room and great on-site restaurant."

"Very good place. Will choose again."

"Great"

"Was great."

"Location is ok and the lobby/ bar/ restaurant facilities were good. Room wasn't great or amenities in room. Bar on rooftop wasn't open ( this should be made clear that it is seasonal). Little atmosphere as the hotel was v quiet. Offered an upgrade but it wasn't made clear it wasn't free. So we paid at checkout but we got given a room overlooking engineering works that started at 5 am! We also frequently heard people in adjoining rooms. Room decor v dull and cold. Bed uncomfortable."

"The staff was friendly and very helpful. My room was clean. I found the deodorizer that they used throughout the hotel to be overpowering. It was just too much. The other thing that was really strange was that there were constantly large piles of used towels in the hallway outside of my room. That was, frankly, disgusting. I won't go back."
