"We picked Ellijay for a 3 day weekend for a quick getaway and somewhere that my husband could mountain bike. This was a perfect spot for us. The property is very well kept. The cabin is well stocked, had everything we needed, as is the RV camper. There is a large fire pit with plenty of wood. The little stream and bridge are a cute addition and you can relax in hammocks or the swing next to the stream. There's an extra building which I don't know what it is but it reminded us of a little old town store. There is also uphill hiking on the other side of the bridge. We brought 2 of our dogs and they loved running around, staying right near us, and playing in the stream. The MTB trails were only 6 minutes away which was very convenient. Downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge were very close by and we were able to enjoy both. We have stayed in the area many times and this is a place we would definitely consider staying in again."

"We had the best time. It is a beautiful cabin and location. It had everything we needed. We were very comfortable the whole trip. My only note, and definitely not a deal breaker. I wish we were allowed access to the thermostat. I know we came during a weird time. The beginning of the trip it was in the 80s and the heat was on. Then the end of the trip it was 55 at night 60s during the day and the AC was on. It was either hot or cold inside the cabin. But definitely not a deal breaker. We had a wonderful time!"

"There is a nice creek/waterfall right next to the property that you can hear when out on the deck. Hot tub was nice. Very private and a great view. Steps getting up to cabin are a little tough and steep so be careful, some are crossties in the front with no railing. We came across a few things that needed repaired and mentioned to the rental company, I suspect it hadnt been rented for a while."

"It was really cozy! Had an amazing balcony view accessible from the bedroom that is on the third floor. Probably the most beautiful sunsets (plural) I have ever seen. Comfortable bed and the space felt clean. The interior layout was super open and you can communicate standing at opposite ends of the house. The fireplace was the perfect follow up after spending time in the hot tub. ***I do feel obligated to also share a scorpion was on the kitchen floor (2nd floor). It was brown and blended into the floor very well, I have no idea how my girlfriend even managed to see it. When I went to get rid of it, it started to try and hide in the cracks of the floorboards. We walked around barefoot almost the entire time being in the cabin. So please do not be ignorant like us. Wear feet protection at all times. Other than the scorpion making us paranoid it truly was a wonderful stay. The drive up the mountain is actually very rocky and bumpy so make sure your vehicle is equipped to handle the drive. The communication was superb as well."
