"Room excellent but the guy who did the checkin was not very gentleman when I requested the thing where you put the suite cases and the personal item that you need to bring in he didn’t even help me look for the carrier I don’t know the name of that but it is something to carry all your belonging I had to wait in the lobby until someone finished using it then I myself had to take my items to my room that was very un gentleman of him and especially that I am a senior citizen"

"Very courteous front desk staff on check in and out. Valet was quick and easy to request car for pickup. Room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again "

"Location was excellent to walk to Bank of America stadium or Spectrum Center.Great food choices.Staff was friendly from arrival at valet parking to Roosevelt taking care of our luggage and getting us checked in.Had an issue with our television maintenance tried to get issues resolved but couldn’t so was moved to another room.Wiuld highly recommended."

"The room on the park side hit the mark for us. We left the balcony door open just to listen to the fountains as we unwound from the day. Staff was friendly. It was nice the had both an indoor and outdoor pool. We enjoyed the service poolside for drinks and food. "

"Helpful staff, the bed unfortunately are uncomfortable. The suite didn’t even have a place to hang clothes. Bar tender was TJ and she was awesome. They charge for parking when you check in but don’t tell you it’s 25$ a day which isn’t bad but at least tell me it’s a charge. "

"The front guest staff (both Black men) were very courteous and kind to me. They tried their best to find me a lower level with two queen beds. I appreciated their effort."
