"This is our second stay and it was just as memorable and lovely as our first stay. Pat and Ken are fantastic hosts. They think of everything! They are super responsive when you have questions/issues. They also let you know about things going on in the community so that you can join if you wish. The house itself is perfect for us. "Several family members and I went on a fishing trip out of Edgewater. We stayed in this wonderful cottage on the water. The house was immaculate and everything we needed aside from food was provided. The check in and check out were very simple and the host gave us contact information in case we needed anything. The location and overall property could not have been any better. We would definitely stay here again."

"Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cozy cottage It was very clean, had lots of towels, comfortable beds with soft fluffy bedspreads. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the screened in porch when we weren't in the hot tub. The fact that it was in a gated community with lots of gorgeous flowers and trees it felt very private."

"My daughter's family and myself went to DC for my mother's burial at Arlington. It was a quick trip and we're from the area,though no one lives there now, so we needed a place to stay. "Three of us stayed here for 3 nights and surely wished it were longer! It’s such a bright, lovely decorated, clean and cozy cottage. The neighborhood is quiet and is walkable. "The property was very clean and well decorated. You could tell care and love is placed into the house and landscaping. The backyard and pool area is gorgeous! Despite unlucky/rainy weather and temperatures in the 60s, the pool was heated so warm that we went in everyday with the kids which was so nice. Annapolis is very close by. Plenty of fluffy towels, comfortable beds, nice small touches of welcome goodies and quality soap/shampoo, etc."
