"This was a fun spot to stay. We enjoyed the shops and multiple reenactments . There’s limited dining in the immediate area, but the hotel offers a good breakfast. "

" Very pleasant. The room was nice, the staff was very helpful. There was a bus full of people there the same days we were there, but the hotel staff told us to wait until after 8:30 in the morning and we wouldn't run into them in the breakfast room. And they were right!! The staff was very, very helpful."

"Great property, great price"

"When checking in I was told there was a $15 parking fee in addition to what I had already paid for the room. The only way to avoid the fee was if we parked 2 blocks away. But we had someone with us that was handicapped and that was not an option. Upon check out, we were told that we would not be charged because we used the handicap parking. This makes me angry because if you rent a room you need a space to park. It should be included. Hotels.com never mentioned it that I know of. "

"Deadwood, SD is a small town, though a tourist town. I didn’t know what to expect from the hotels there and I was pleasantly surprised by the Travelodge. The staff was so incredibly nice and the rooms were clean. I’m not difficult to please. I want to feel safe, I want to feel like it was affordable, and I want to feel like it was clean. I also expect the shower to work well. Travelodge checked all of these boxes. Deadwood is one of my favorite places in the country. I would absolutely stay here again! "
