"We stayed here 10/4/24. This cabin was a lovely step into the past. It was VERY clean and quaint. Bed and bedding was super comfortable. Bathroom has original tile which is in great shape and super clean. Little kitchenette has enough for two and is very clean. Small table with 2 chairs and one recliner. "The cabin was clean and modern. The property was picturesque: the cabin sits at the edge of the lake, surrounded by moss-draped oaks and palm trees. It made it a relaxing time in the hot tub. Having a nearby grocery store (with fresh meats) and restaurant were perfect for us. Kathy’s communication with us was always prompt through the duration of our stay. "

"My husband, infant, dog and I really enjoyed our stay at the cabin in Ocklawaha! Super close to so many springs, parks, and fun things to do. The kitchen in the cabin was well stocked with supplies which was great because we cooked quite a bit during our 2 night stay. Would highly recommend the cabin!"

Our family of 5 had no space issues and everything was super clean. The yard and lake are beautiful. Despite what everyone says though, there is a gator in the lake! This will be where we stay, if possible, whenever we stay around Mt. Dora. "
