House comprising 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room (with convertible corner sofa), dining room, bathroom, wc all fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher ...) facing south with a terrace of 28m2, a garden ... close to all amenities, bay authie one of the most beautiful in the world!(1 km5) from the sea (1km5) and 500m from the weekly market (Tuesday and Friday). A little piece of heaven. A third bedroom (a bed 160 and bunk beds) is a beauty to welcome you soon. Linen is not provided you can rent it on site with Martine who will have the pleasure of you contact before your arrival.

Maison bien adaptée à 2 adultes et 4 enfants. Proche de la mer et du centre ville. Endroit calme, jardin agréable. Trés bon accueil. Petit bémol des odeurs d'égouts les deux premiers jours, qui se sont dissipées par la suite.

Cette maison a tout pour être excellente mais…
Intérieur agréable et spacieux pour 5-6 personnes qui mériterait quelques améliorations (porte d’entrée, pas-de-porte salle d’eau : attention la tête si vous faites plus d’1m80, ouverture fenêtre chambre 1, notamment). L’équipement électroménager est complet et bien pratique. Extérieur spacieux et bien aménagé mais le terrain de jeu est jonché de cailloux et résidus de chantier : c’est limite dangereux pour des enfants. Un barbecue est inutilisable et bon pour la ferraille. Pas d’évacuation à l’évier : il faut vider le sceau pour éviter les moustiques. L’arbre mériterait d’être taillé. Bonne exposition et places de stationnement appréciables. Le mobilier extérieur et le coin « apéro » sont très agréables s’il fait beau. Globalement, cette maison permet de passer un très bon séjour.
