"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. A special thank-you to the staff member who welcomed me at check-in—I believe her name was Alexandria. She was incredibly kind, had warm smiles, and helpful and made my stay even more special. Thanks to her, My parents and I was able to enjoy beautiful sunset and nighttime views of the Manhattan skyline. Although I’ve visited Manhattan several times, (and first time for my parents,) this was my first time seeing it from this perspective. The view alone makes this hotel well worth recommending. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also wonderful. Thank you for such a memorable stay!"

"Great location near a bus stop to get to NYC and nearby MetLife, too. Plenty of parking and nicely kept rooms. Unfortunately our shower wasn't clean, and it got a little loud when people were shouting in the center of the building. Otherwise a great stay!"
