"The location is close to the view of Time Square. The hotel offers 5 restaurants but they are all serving the same food for lunch and dinner they only have different restaurant names, the atmosphere is different pending on which restaurant you choose. The ice machine didn't work on my floor. It is in walking distance to Time Square or Broadway for a show. overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable"

"The location was perfect, the staff was very helpful and kind, the room was clean and comfy, the restaurants in the hotel were great, and I really couldn’t ask for a better experience. Definitely recommend the place and am looking forward to returning in the future myself."

"Pool was filthy, full of hair and very cloudy at the end of the day. The air conditioning in our room was temperamental but staff did try and help."

"The room was clean and the refrigerator and microwave were nice to have. The AC did not work well and there wasn't any in the bathroom. The humidity in the room stayed around 75%.our room wasn't ready at check-in but we were offered late check out that we couldn't use since we had an early flight"
