"Really enjoyed the guy who assisted going up and down the elevator. Great guy, great personality, great recommendations."

"There is bright, fresh look to the hotel and the staff are all friendly and very helpful. They seem to like their jobs and they do them well. I will stay here every time I visit the city in the future."

"I enjoyed my stay at Moxy until they charged me a $500 smoking fee for my room. I did not smoke in my room and explained this to staff. They did not care and charged me regardless. I ended up paying $500 for no fault of my own and for an error on their part. Beware!!!!!"
