"I can not say enough great things about this location. Each time we visit NYC we like to stay here for it's amenities, dining options inside and close by, easy check in, room size/quality, value, proximity to all areas of Times Square and the staff is always so helpful and friendly, Our check in was so smooth, our room was ready well ahead of the check in time, and the doormen and elevator attendants always have the best recommendations."

"I love this hotel for the location (have stayed there 3 times now) but it is a bit old compared to newer hotels built. Wasn’t fortunate enough to be on one of the updated floors this time to see what had changed."

"The stay was ok. The bathroom wasn't the greatest. Awful noise in the shower, probably air in the water line. I'd probably stay again if I was going to a play. Conveniently located if you're going to the theater."
