Welcome to the neighborhood. Modern and clean and tastefully decorated.

Located one block off Wilton Drive in the the heart of desirable Wilton Manors. It is walking distance to all the bars, nightclubs, and restaurants. It is a quick Uber ride to Ft Lauderdale beach, Las Olas, the airport, the Port, and much more.

The Space:

Your immaculate one bedroom, one bathroom space is located in a four unit building with a gorgeous new pool and BBQ area surrounded by a privacy fence.

You also have a full size kitchen with everything you need to cook and feel at home, a-full size washer and dryer in the unit, Free Wifi, and streaming ROKU Tv in the bedroom that you can connect to your Netflix, Hulu, your home cable company and much more. (This unit does not have a living room.)

Please Note: The unit has Air Conditioning only and has no Heat or Space Heaters in the unit.

Queen sized bed with lots of pillows. Sleeps two comfortably extra pillows and blankets in the closet.

Hurricane impact windows and doors make for a safe and quiet stay. Stocked with iron, iron board, blowdryer, cleaning products, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, towels, and much more. Just bring your toothbrush.

Guest Access:
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and Kurig coffee maker. All kitchen utensils for eating and cooking, pots, pans, and colander, and much more are included if you just want to just stay home and prepare a meal. It is more or less your home away from home.

A full size Washer and Dryer is in the unit, sized ironing board and iron.

We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and a Blowdryer

Publix (grocery store) is about a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive.

The Pool is surrounded by six lounge chairs, one table with umbrella and chairs. Towels are also provided. There is a propane BBQ to grill outside by the pool. The pool is not heated.

Please Note: The Pool and BBQ areas are shared guest spaces.

The Neighborhood:
Very safe and sought after neighborhood directly in the middle of all that Wilton drive has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bars, nightclubs, gyms, and much more. 4 miles from the beach, 6 miles from airport, 2 miles from the Brightline train for (quick trips to Miami or WPB)

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy with Uber to Lyft. Close to brighten train which goes to WPB. Also close to bus transportation.

Other Things to Note:
Our property is NOT clothing optional to respect the other guests. You must wear pool attire around the pool

Interaction with Guests:
Your hosts Brooke and Rich are very friendly and personable. Brooke is a Real Estate Broker and Rich is a Real Estate Developer.

We live minutes from the property and are available 24/7. We also have a maintenance person on call 24/7.

The entire building can be rented out by larger groups.
