The house was a hit. Five “older” women , each with their own room . The host Siona , was a great helpAnd responded quickly to any questions or issues . Would go back .

A Disastrous Experience: Avoid This Property at All CostsIf I could give zero stars, I would. We booked this property for a group of people, for what was meant to be a memorable New Year’s Eve. Instead, this turned into a complete nightmare. Less than 24 hours before our scheduled check-in, the host abruptly canceled our reservation, leaving us scrambling to find alternative accommodations during one of the busiest times of the year.The lack of professionalism was astounding. Communication prior to the cancellation was abysmal. Our questions and clarifications went unanswered, and messages sent through the app were either ignored or responded to in a vague and dismissive manner. The host provided no updates, no explanations, and absolutely no regard for the plans of 14 people.This last-minute cancellation left us with no viable options. We were forced to completely rearrange our flights home, as finding suitable accommodations for a group of our size in Fort Lauderdale during the holiday season was impossible on such short notice. The emotional and financial stress this caused was beyond frustrating—especially for the kids, who were looking forward to this trip for months.This property is a shining example of how NOT to run a rental business. If you value reliability, communication, and respect for your plans, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This experience was nothing short of infuriating, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Save yourself.
