If you are denied in this process, your reservation will not be honored, and subsequently, the reservation will be cancelled.



* Guest Registration Form: You will be asked to complete a guest registration form. This helps us ensure that your stay is personalized and tailored to your needs. It also aids us in providing assistance during your visit.



* Primary guest minimum age: The minimum rental age for the primary guest is 21.



* Security Deposit: Guest shall pay a security deposit of $200 (two hundred dollars) to cover any damages, excessive cleaning, or violation of House Rules or Terms and Conditions. We will process the refund to the original card, which may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be returned.



* While the owner resides next door, we request that any questions or issues be addressed directly with our Customer Service Team. Contact with the owner is not necessary.



*Pet & Service Animal Notice

We love animals, but this property cannot accommodate pets or service animals. Airbnb has granted an exemption because the elderly owner next door has a severe dog allergy, and we must maintain a pet-free environment for health and safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
