Very nice Mid-Century Style boutique apartment, walking distance to the beach and lot of services (grocery, drugstore, restaurants and much more), Newly renovated, 2 bedrooms (2 queen bed), 1 bathroom, WiFi, TV, New A/C, linen, kitchen full equipped with basics groceries items, with coffee maker, toaster, micro-wave, range, dishwasher, fridge, iron & Ironing board, hair dryer, and everything included, washer/dryer on the premises, 1 parking included, gated complex. This is a non-smoking unit.
Apt on the ground level. Nice secure building not too far from airport (11 miles)
Approved as a City of Fort Lauderdale Vacation Rental, Certificate # 1502161.
It is unlawful for a sexual offender to occupy this residence

All guests must be 23 years old or older or accompanied by their parents.

Great stay!

The apartment was just as described. Snug and walking distance from the beach! We were very happy with our stay. The only thing I would point out is that the water pressure of the shower head is very low. Overall a great stay, thank you for the great accommodations!

FANTASTIC stay!

Really clean, recently renovated, brighter than the listing looks, super convenient short walk to what feels like a PRIVATE beach, walkable convenience stores, bars, restaurants. Comfy beds Nice beach chairs and cooler available, cold mini split AC, safe feeling area, great comms and helpful hosts, would def stay again.

Perfect place for a short trip!

We came into town to go to the Taylor Swift concert in Miami. This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. It had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. There are some restaurants within a short walking distance, and the beach was close by. The only thing we wish it had was comfortable seating for four in the living room but other than that, everything was great!

Anniversary Week

Celebrated our anniversary. Usually stay at a hotel but tried this property. We will be staying here moving forward. Tony was very kind and kept the property clean. Location to beach was perfect. It wasn't crowded

The apartment was just as described online! It was in a great location within a block of the beach, to stores, etc. so we were able to walk to places we needed - and then the drive to food, festival, etc. were all very convenient as well. We met some really nice people staying in the apartment as well. Loved the outside sitting area, the rooms were all clean, bed was decent. I would definitely stay here again, if in the area.

Awesome getaway

If you are looking to be close to the ocean! This is your place. You're within waking distance to some great restaurants and within 10 minutes either direction from great shops and nightlife. Plan to relax like we did with a very clean place to stay. The area is nice and the neighborhood is safe.

Very cute home! Less than 5 min walk to beach. It was an easy walk, just straight down. The owners have great communication! They have beach toys and chairs you can use. They had hygiene necessities. It was perfect and cozy for our trip!

Birthday Vacation

I liked the keyless entry , I just had to remember the code. From the moment I walked in the small cozy apartment, I felt like a friend had let me stay at their place for the week. Everything felt warm, comfortable and inviting. The area is a great location. The entry to a not so crowded beach is just around the corner. There is a nice Columbian Cafe within walking distance that I went to 3 times. One of the a/c in the 2 bedroom near the back sounds like it needs service. My sister stayed in that room we just turned it off and her room was still cool with the ceiling fan. This made my birthday vacation fabulous! Thank you!

Séjour en Floride

Nous sommes vraiment satisfaites de notre séjour. L’appartement était très bien située! ( très prêt de la mer), confortable pour 4 personnes et très propre. Les seules améliorations que nous pouvons proposées sont : pour un séjour de 8 jours, nous aurions voulu plus de serviettes en particulier des débarbouillettes, nous aurions voulu plus de sacs à poubelle et d’essuie-tout afin d’éviter aux vacanciers dans acheter. Il ne manquait rien mais certains petits électros ou accessoires étaient fragiles de part leur qualité ex: grille-pain. Nous avions accès à tous les accessoires de plage, mais ce n’est toutefois pas tous les gens qui prennent la peine de les rincer et de les ranger adéquatement ce qui fait que ce n’est pas très attrayant! Tous ces petits détails ne nous ont toutefois pas empêchés de passer un excellent séjour dans ce lieu! J’insiste pour dire que la communication entre les hôtes et nous a été excellente! Merci!

The apartment is as-advertised. It's quaint and in a great location - walkable to some restaurants and the beach is close. The living area is very small and would be crowded if 4 people stayed, but for just my brother and me it was a good fit.
