Where to begin? There are so many awful things to say about this place. Let me just say i paid for 4 days and left halfway through the second day. No refund, and i dont care. I am just thankful to be anywhere else.

I like the scenery of the motel. It reminds me of a rainforest. They’ve parrots in the cages on site. Great location. Miles from Hollywood Beach. Will come back soon!

Roon was ok clean and decent. Just area design for pets need a little bit of improvement lawn was too tall i was scare of my puppy get lost in the yard because the grass was too tall

Everything was nice clean quiet I don’t like the keys old style keys. I think they should put the keys that you could just leave in the room and not have to pay a deposit for I think that’s very antiquated and besides that everything else is fine they need to update their system. Room was disgusting, had roaches, shower and tub didn’t work properly, bathroom sink didn’t drain at all, half the tv channels didn’t work. I would never again stay here or recommend this property to anyone

not pet friendly, not customer friendly either

I reserved through Hotels.com a room at a pet friendly hotel in Hollywood FL, and paid in full for reservation. The reservation page stated it was a pet friendly hotel, and specified no weight limits for customers' pets. I received a confirmation number for the reservation in an email saying the booking was guaranteed. When I arrived at the hotel for check in, the hotel clerk refused to check me in because my pet was larger than 25 lbs. I told the receptionist the hotels.com website does not say there was a weight limit, she says she knows but she cannot check me in the room because of my pet. I told her to just check in myself and will take the pet to friend until the second day, she still refused to check me in for the room I reserved and fully paid for. Bad attitude of the receptionist and security guard. Garbage people, run fast before you will share my experience there.
