It's parked in host's garden, and you'll have direct access us and our spacious outdoor kitchen, seating area, pool, sun deck & your very own parking spot!

Month-to-Month Lease - 1500$/per month.
3+ Month Lease - 1300$/per month.
6+ Month Lease - 1100$/per month.
Security + First + Last - 50$ off monthly rent.

Security Deposit: 1000$
Move in cost (minimum) : 1 month rent plus security deposit






HOUSE RULES:
- Quoted price is for single occupant
- This is a private RV apartment, but a SHARED property. Pool and garden are shared spaces as well. We need everyone to be respectful of each other's space, peace and quiet. Occupants of the main buildings are host's family (3 adults) and 4 guestrooms (4 adults). Total Sq. Footage of home is 3,800.
- Visitors to our property are permitted only through prior consent. There's 1 visitor parking spot, with a sign up sheet, *which everyone at the property shares*.
- Quiet hours are STRICTLY observed at all times on our property. Noise which penetrates your units walls and can be heard by others outside is not permitted.
- Cleanliness is a must. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the RV and furnishings in top condition. Personal hygiene and regular laundry is required. Host checks the RV for cleanliness and compliance every month, with a scheduled check with proper notification time (24h).
- Laundry services are available by host in house, $10 per load.
- Parking available for ONE vehicle only.
- We strongly recommend having a car/taxi/uber if you want to get around. The closest grocery store is 1 mile by car.
- No pets, kids, or smoking indoors permitted. Marijuana use is tolerated, provided that there is *absolutely no smell* on your clothes or items brought into the RV.
- We do not tolerate inebriation or altered behaviors of any kind on our property.
- Pool hours are 9am - DUSK, pool is not heated.
- We offer cleaning services starting at $25.
- Breakfast (8-9) and other meal options are available as 'room service' at an additional cost. See menu for details. Availability varies
- Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
- We have a small friendly dog (hypoallergenic Yorkie mix, 15#) and outdoor cat on the property.
- By booking with us, you also agree to the full list of house terms, rules and our liability waiver, which can be found on our property page or made available on request. Renters insurance is strongly recommended.
