We love to offer Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs:
On booking, please provide your desired times of arrival and departure and if we don't have same day guests, we will do everything we can do to accommodate your needs.
Please note:
Normal set Check-In is 3pm and Check-Out is 10am. Due to the last minute nature of many reservations, anything other than that has to be agreed to in writing and often times can't be agreed to until a few days before check in/check out. That said, we will do everything we can to help you if you need extra time.

PLEASE NOTE:
Per HOA Rules - NO pickup trucks, NO oversize vehicles, and NO commercial vehicles are allowed. HOA has strict towing policy. Please note the parking restrictions on these vehicles.
Other things to note
Pet and Animal Policy
While we fully understand and respect the need for Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), we must unfortunately prohibit all pets and ESAs in our rental unit. The owner’s family has members with severe allergies to animal hair, and this presents significant health concerns for them.
Service Animals:
We recognize that Service Animals are not subject to the same restrictions as pets or ESAs. However, due to the severity of the allergies present in the household, we kindly request your understanding and cooperation. If you require a Service Animal for your stay, we encourage you to consider alternative accommodations within the same building. The owners would be happy to refer you to other units where your needs may be better accommodated.
In the interest of health and well-being, we must be cautious and take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of family members with severe allergies.
Important Note on Approvals:
All animals, including ESAs, must be approved by the Community’s Board of Directors. Please be aware that the Board has up to 10 days to review any requests. Any request made within 10 days of check-in will be automatically declined.
While wishing to respect the family’s privacy regarding medical conditions, verification inquiries may be directed to the attending physicians, in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
We apologize for the strict nature of this policy. We appreciate your understanding in respecting the health and safety of the owner's family and the Governing documents of the Community/Association.
Lastly, we offer simplified pricing.
In May, June, July, August, September, and October, we charge $200 a night with NO EXTRA CLEANING FEES and NO EXTRA OWNER'S FEES! $200 a night. That's it. No hidden costs.
In November, December, January, February, March and April, we charge $400 a night with NO EXTRA CLEANING FEES and NO EXTRA OWNER'S FEES! $400 a night. That's it. No hidden costs.
If you multiply your nightly rate by the number of nights in your stay, you might notice the final charge will be more than that amount. The difference there is the amount that VRBO charges for their fee and state and local taxes.
While all of the rules must be followed and adhered to, these are particularly important:
- No Trucks, Oversize Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles, Trailers, RV's, or motorcycles are allowed on property. Please check with your rental car company if applicable to ensure a sedan or small SUV type vehicle. HOA will enforce this rule with the towing of vehicles. Please understand that this is out of our control.
- Reserved Parking for one (1) vehicle only
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No clothes or towels can be hung outside of the unit
- No tables, chairs, or other furniture can be left or used in communal walk ways
- Do not remove chairs from the pool area
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID for all guests may be required prior to check-in
