This home is located in a prestigious waterfront gated community. The quiet quaint neighborhood is flanked by the Intracoastal waterway. The home is very spacious with a split floor plan. Fully equipped with everything you need. The home also features a home office perfect for those that work from home. The salt water pool is heated year around. Famous Las Olas Blvd is a few short minutes away to shoppes and restaurants. The beach being equally convenient only about a mile away.

The location is perfect! Walk to the beach, restaurants, and the vendor market on the weekends was fun. The airport and other favorite restaurants were within 30 minutes. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

2nd time staying here! Love, love this house!

This is our second time renting this property. It's a very lovely home, nicely decorated, comfortable & in a beautiful neighborhood. The owner, Joe, is very easy to communicate with & quick to respond should you have any questions. We are in Ft. Lauderdale frequently & will definitely rent this home again.
