Welcome to Center Beach 2500 and thank you for visiting us! Our stunning 5 bedroom & 5 bath beach house has breathtaking ocean views and is only a few steps to tropical Fort Lauderdale Beach. We invite you to make Center Beach 2500 your home away from home.... we know you will enjoy it!
We have had the good fortune of experiencing many top-rated hotels which has led us to be able to provide you with the 5-star service you know and deserve during your getaway. No detail goes amiss from the bed linens and mattresses, to our kitchen and outdoor pool- all the designs are reflecting of luxury. Center Beach property can accommodate a total of 14 sleepers.
We invite you to unwind outside on the beautiful covered patio as you look out onto your very own tropical oasis. With a large hot tub that waterfalls into the pool, 3 fountains on the east side of the pool, and bubble jets-there is no better place to relax. The pool also has a barrier fence that can be installed to protect the little ones if informed in advance. If you are in the mood for grilling out, there is a Weber Natural Gas Grill. The gas grill has a side burner and a sear feature for your steaks. The patio is excellent for entertaining, as there is a six-top table, 2 chaise lounge chairs and 2 patio chairs.
Escape after a long sun filled day to the upstairs master suite with a majestic ocean view. The king size bed is waiting for you with a mattress and linens of the highest quality, you’ll feel like you’re in the Ritz Carlton! The room is equipped with a 55-inch LCD TV. Professionally designed walk-in closet is spacious and organized with hangars and a luggage rack. The bathroom has a walk-in that also overlooks the ocean.

The beautiful dining room table can seat 8 and an additional 4 can be seated at the counter. The kitchen is professionally designed. There are top of the line appliances that were installed in 2019. There are four counter stools. For the chef, there are full sets of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, silverware, etc.

There are astounding views of the ocean in the upstairs living room area which is fully outfitted with over size high end slider glass doors, a 65 inch LCD TV, a leather sofa, chairs and cocktail tables. The upstairs patio also has an excellent view of the ocean and is set with a high-end table, 4 chairs and a ceiling fan.

The downstairs living room is very large and has over size high end slider glass doors which lead to the pool and hot tub. The downstairs living room has a 65 inch flat screen TV with a leather sofa, chairs and cocktail tables.
-There are two sofas where the cushions can be taken off and used as a twin bed. High end sheets and pillows are provided.

Great stay at the beach! Beautiful pool/spa. All modern conveniences of home. They’ve thought of everything.. so many amenities and simple things stocked and ready. Our family had a wonderful time and already wants to go back! Plus, the property manager is a true gem!

We had 6 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. 5 bathrooms and showers is plus! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday and the short walk to the beach was great. The property has beach chairs and an umbrella with a cart, so it couldn’t have been easier to enjoy the beach.The property manager, Ronnie, is responsive and always helpful. We stayed 5 days and wish we could have stayed more!

The house was perfect because it was on different levels. With so many of us that really was a plus. A few things that are minor, but would’ve helped our towel, racks or hooks in the bathroom. There was nowhere to hang our towels, certainly in the master bath. Also, there was a leak from the upstairs bathroom to the downstairs master bedroom and underneath it, and it was bubbling the paint no way detracted from the enjoyment of the home. We had to leave a day and a half early because of the hurricane. Left with a heavy heart for all those in its path.

Fantastic location, easy walk to the beach. Check in was easy and property manager was so friendly and helpful finding restaurants or activities, and kept pool super clean. Garage has chairs and toys for the beach, as well as a basket of towels for the pool/beach. Beds decent. House is showing some wear and tear I have seen in many rental homes close to the beach, so I wasn’t surprised. (I use ratings similar to that of hotels). I would stay again, location was just was great!

We had a great stay duirng our long weekend and was really impressed by the condition of the home. Having the pool and beach so close by was perfect for our group. I would highly recommended staying here if you are in the area. We were able to get to the attractions of the area with a short drive or cab ride. Beautiful, nicely equipped, and spacious house for our large group which included a baby, a toddler, teens, young adults, middle aged, and seniors. The house is steps to the beach — we used the beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach towels, and beach toys — so convenient and sooo much fun. The pool, hot tub, grill and outdoor seating were fantastic. The host was super friendly, very helpful and made sure our stay was wonderful.

Loved the closeness to the ocean. We wanted a house to relax in. Didn't want to spend time driving to beaches, parking, and dragging food. The home worked perfect. Caretakers was never in our way but always available to answer our questions. We definitely will stay again.

Wonderful family vacation! We met our kids who live all over the US and upon arriving we were all very impressed at how clean and spacious the house was. The pool was so clean and inviting we used it everyday! The beach is only 1 block from the house and we enjoyed being able to walk easily back and forth throughout the day. Bedrooms were very spacious and clean, with beautiful décor. Kitchen was stocked well and the BBQ area was so nice to have our dinners all together. I recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun get away!

Center Beach is a beautiful property in the perfect location! The pictures looked great, but it was even better than what we expected when we arrived. There were plenty of towels and all of the other essentials we needed. The pool was perfect and very well maintained. The walk to the beach was super short and convenient. The owners really put a lot into the decore and the overall feel of the home. The property manager was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed here with 10 other people over labor day weekend. The house was absolutely perfect! We had plenty of space inside and out. The pool had tons of sun and there were shaded areas too. The beach is only steps away and it was pretty much empty so it felt like a private beach. Toby and Ron couldn't have been more accommodating. I would definitely rent this property again!

This was a perfect place for us to stay with our family of twelve. There were all amenities available that you could imagine. It was one block to beach and the pool was great for kids. It has a splash pool and umbrella to help keep little ones protected from the sun, plus a gate to put up to put your mind at ease from children that can't swim won't accidentally wander into the pool. There are TV's in every bedroom plus in the family rooms. It was an exceptional place to stay and very clean. We had a wonderful time!
