OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, private heated swimming pool and outdoor patio with loungers.
-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Formal dining room seats up to 8
- Queen Sofa bed in the living room
- Couch with a large smart TV.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s Cafe appliances. There is a coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, ice maker, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (3)
Casa Maria sleeps 6 guests in comfortable beds. The 3, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and premium air mattress provided upon request for an additional $25 charge each.

BATHROOMS: (2)
Both bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (tp, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.

POOL: Pool is heated for a $15 per day service fee. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

GARBAGE: We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. The city of Pompano Beach removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

Enjoyed our time here

Overall a very nice house. Comfortable living areas to accommodate different small groups. Pool area was a nice setting but could use some updating on outdoor furniture. It would have been nice to have some pool floats. Good location close to retail, golf, and airport.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has a perfect location, close driving distance to restaurants and beaches. It had everything we needed! Would just add a couple of hangers in the bathrooms for towels and clean clothes.

Perfect and nice property

Everything was top of the line. The only negativ we can say was that the heat-pump outsider was too noisy for my son and his wife who slept in on of the bedrooms

Great getaway with a split floor plan

We stayed for 5 days and loved it. The pool was great, the house was clean, and it was comfortable having two couples there and not being in top of each other as the two kind bedrooms are across the house from each other.

Family vacation

We enjoyed the house a lot, only problem was the pool heater didn’t work our first 3 days and the gas grill didn’t work. Would recommend this house. Not far from the beach was a plus also.

Beautifully decorated home

The house was exactly as the pictures depicted! Beautiful coastal decor, and a nice heated pool on a canal! We were conveniently located to restaurants and other nearby cities! The beds were comfortable and the communication with management was great and they were easy to work with!

Immaculate and quiet

Extremely clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Great water pressure in the master shower. 10 min from beach and great restaurants. Less than 20 min from FLL airport. Very easy check in/out process. Really nice backyard, pool area right on a dead end canal. Only disappointment was the $40 charge to use the BBQ, especially after renting the house for 5 nights. We had to get our own propane tanks.

The inside of the house has everything you would need providing all the comforts of home. Very clean and everything operational. Outside there were a few deficiencies most of which VGA personnel attended to immediately. Veronika do, Chris and Frank are professional and dependable representatives of Valgal Who go over in above to ensure your stay is enjoyable.The only recommendation I would have is that Val gal hold the owner of the house more accountable for what is advertised and to update photos to accurately represent the state of property. A few upgrades and landscaping would make the world of difference to this property that has a ton of potential.The customer service from Valgal is what sets them apart from the rest.This is the reason we are and will continue to be return clients.

April stay

The house was nice and the pool was nice. The floors not so much. Dropped and expensive hair dryer on the floor and it completely broke. Outdoor furniture is terrible. Table legs are not stable and the chairs had mold or mildew on them. Pool light did not work. Could not do any night swimming because of the terrible lighting. The lighting was bad at night and there were a lot of roaches around and we could not go out after dark which was a complete bummer. If there was lighting, maybe it would have scared the roaches away. Also umbrellas were broken and was really no way to get any shade. They did replace one. The guy who installed it must not have done so correctly because once the wind picked up as we were all sitting at the table, the umbrella came out and the end of the pole hit my daughter in the face. Little disappointing because our attraction of this place was the outdoor space. Pictures must be old.

However, there were a number of issues that previous reviewers had noted about the property that was still a problem during our stay plus a couple of other issues we found.Highlights:- House located in easy to access, nice quiet area. No canal traffic behind the house or traffic on the street.- The house seemed adequately cleaned- Several comfortable areas to crash and watch TV. - The kitchen was a nice space to use- Having two master bedrooms with King-sized beds was a plus.- The best part by far was the heated pool.Issues:- The house smelled very strongly of mold, though only found one area we could see. - Others had reported that there are no bathroom vents/fans and that was indeed a very significant problem for moisture (likely the cause of mold too).- Others reported that patio furniture was covered in mildew or was in very poor condition. We found that to be the case and the furniture felt unusable as a result.- A primary cabinet in the kitchen had one of its hinges broken and it was unrepaired before our arrival (the door kept falling off)- The BBQ grill was barely holding together it was so badly rusted out; clearly, it had never been cleaned and was so full of grease that it caught fire while trying to use it. Also, no grilling utensils are available. - The back of the house had some open damage to the siding. Didn't impact our stay, but should be fixed.- Clearly, the house plumbing to the street needs attention. There were all sorts of warnings bout using TP safe for septic systems (which we heeded), but even with very careful use, the system drained very slowly and was easily stopped up. I don't think the renters should bear the burden of 'taking extreme care' when it just needs repair; albeit likely an expensive repair on the mainline to the sewer. 2 week rental-summer heat

The house is clean, newly remolded, and great location, but few issues need to be addressed. The air conditioning system can not keep the back of the house (in closed porch area) cool nor is there any ac vents there. During the heat of the day in late July the room temp were mid-eighty degrees plus high humidity. We called ValGal about the issue, they sent a AC guy to the house. He looked at the house and told me that the room needed an ductless unit installed to keep the back of the house cool. I followed up with ValGal in the afternoon. The lady told me that she would get back to me after she spoke with her manager. The next communication I got from them was 12 days later asking what time we were checking out. Since the master bed room is next to this enclosed room and has closet door between the two rooms the heat/humidity was uncomfortable to sleep in. To make the best of our vacation I purchased an expensive potable AC unit to keep the back of the house cool (which I asked ValGal if they had one before). Additionally, the bathrooms do not have vents, so that adds to the cooling problem. The master bed room has two sliding doors with no locks also gaps between door and wall. The cabinets around the dish washer develop condensation while running the dish washer. The silverware holder started growing mold after our first week in the house do the condensation/humidity in the cabinets. An safety fence should be install at the sea wall for guest with young children and also fix the safety ladder on the dock. The towel holder in the master bath fell of the wall since it was stuck to the wall with double sided sticky tape. The cameras on the pool deck made my wife uncomfortable. The Tv's-only the master bedroom has local station cable and the rest of the house has Rowko tvs that are not set up and a pain to deal with.
