Beautiful property

This property is beautiful. It’s rare photos on listings match what you get, but this place had a great location and was so clean & cared for. The beach/pool access at the hotel was so perfect and a great incentive to this property.

Great Family Vacation Location

We had a phenominal vacation experience. The property was wonderful and so convienient to the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort with Beach Club access. Easy to dine out or in, with lots off space for family gathering and resting. Barbara/Dolly were very easy to communicate with and easy check in, and helped make the vacation special with valuable insights for dining and play. We'd definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was clean, very spacious, and in a great location with close proximity to the Marriott pool and the ocean. The icing on the cake was being able to use the club membership at the hotel. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Mother Daughter Vacation

Three adult women vacationing here truly enjoyed the experience. The condo was spotless and Dolly provided a detailed walk through and explanation. Marriott Vacation Club perks added an extra level of value and enjoyment.

Convenient but uncomfortable

We (3 couples) stayed here for a long weekend. The place was clean bun very run down. The floor in the dining room leading out to the terrace was falling in. Although there were two living rooms, there wasn’t a comfortable place for the six of us to sit down and watch tv or just chat. The place was large but sparsely decorated and sparsely appointed in the kitchen.The guest bedrooms were ok but the master bedroom bed was awful. The whole place needs a makeover. Considering what we paid, we were very disappointed.

Excellent location and host

Communication before the stay was good. Dolly, the host was great. Check in was easy and she made sure we had everything we needed. Condo was amazing. Lots of space for 6 of us. The location was excellent and the use of the Marriott Resort was awesome. Short and easy walk to the resort. The pool and beach at the Marriott were great. We enjoyed the restaurant at the Marriott as well.

great location

We loved the condo. It was large and gave the 7 of us room to stretch out (as opposed to a hotel room) We were a short walking distance to the Mariott and probably was closer to the beach and amenities than if we stayed in the hotel. We liked the fact the condo wasn't too fancy as we had little kids and didn't have to worry about anything. It also had parking included. Fort Lauderdale is a difficult city to find parking. We had a great time.

Great way to enjoy Harbor Beach Resort for Families

The condo is good size and clean. It is really nice to be able to use the Harbor Beach Resort pool area and beachfront. Our boys really enjoyed playing with the beach toys provided by the condo. The building is currently undergoing some updating, but my main complaint is that the master bedroom bed is not comfortable. I would consider staying here again.

Very nice and spacious unit.

We were on the 3rd of 5 floors. Nice decor and very spacious master bedroom, kitchen and living area. The wrap around deck was awesome. Dolly, the owner was very accommodating with anything we needed or questions we asked. We would stay again. It was such a bonus to be able to use the facilities at the Marriott next door and to get 20% off food and drinks!

Best way to visit Fort Lauderdale

This has been our 4th year staying at this condo & we plan to continue the tradition! It is condo living with hotel perks thanks to the Marriott Harbor Beach Club access. Barb is amazing to work with and she always goes above and beyond to make every vacation exceptional! Our young children have the best time and often ask when we are going back to "our" FL beach house. With the beach strip within walking distance a car isn't even too necessary.

My family was very inconvenienced having to move from one floor to the other. But it worked out ok. Dolly and Barb nice to deal with Apartment “is over the top” but very clean and comfortable and great location for a family

Very Nice

Luxury property with a lot of open space. 4 units and each unit is an entire floor. Our family of myself, daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandsons enjoyed the wrap around patio with peeks of the ocean, as the condo is located right behind the Marriott. The amenity of using the Marriott was definitely worth it. Private beach with chairs and umbrellas included. Get ready to be spoiled by a wonderful beach wait staff! Dolly is just a text away to answer questions or help as needed and we loved the personal meet and greet. Would recommend for small families or group of 3 couples for a getaway. Walking to shopping and restaurants is convenient. Thank you Dolly for hosting our family!

Beautiful, extremely LARGE condo with access to fantastic amenities! Barbara, Dolly and Carlos were wonderful from the very beginning, VERY responsive and always available for questions and suggestions ... even before we arrived!! Once we were there, Barbara and Dolly guided us through everything about the condo and amenities at the Marriott next door! We very much appreciated all the guidance. FANTASTIC

Of all the times we have rented through Verbo. NOTHING compares! Our hosts; Dolly and Carlos could not have been more wonderful. The unit could not have been more beautiful and we can’t wait to go back! The appointments of the unit, the proximity to the beach, the Marriott club passes, which gave you full access to every aspect of the Marriott hotel adjacent to the property were absolutely fantastic not to mention the 20% off discount those club passes provided at all Marriott restaurants and bars!!! We especially enjoyed full access to the Marriott gym, the free beach, chairs, and umbrellas on the beach. The list goes on and on everything was absolutely magnificent, it was an incredible experience and we intend to repeat as often as possible in the future.!!!
