The neighborhood is a long, thin peninsula. It's completely residential, and the waterfront mansions sell in the multi-millions. Very upscale, safe, and walkable.

The minimum age to book is 30. See the house rules. It is a 1.2 mile walk to the beach.

King-size bed in MBR, Queen in 2nd BR. Private washer & dryer.

Unit has a private gas grill.

Smart TV: log on to your Netflix/HBO/etc account

Parking is not assigned, but there is plenty of room for two cars.

Wi-Fi: two internet connections (AT&T and Comcast) provide redundancy. Both are the highest residential speeds available. Wifi is strong throughout the entire property, Stream 4K movies or do video calls. Kitchen: The Kitchen is equipped for real cooking. There are sharp knives and non-stick pots and pans. Beach gear: we provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler.

Laundry: You'll have access to the laundry room. The coin-operated washer and dryer take six quarters per load and are shared by five other units.

Babies: every unit has a crib, and a highchair is available on request.

I live in Europe, so all non-emergency communication needs to go through Airbnb's messaging system. I have a local property manager who lives two miles away in case of emergencies. You will get the key in a lockbox.

Coral Ridge is one of the most affluent residential neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale. The public high school is considered one of the top 100 in the nation, and you can't buy a house here for less than $1M. The waterfront homes list for $5M and up. It is an excellent neighborhood for walking, even at night.

The TV gets local channels only. It is a Smart TV, so you can access Netflix, HBO or other streaming services. Bugs are a constant battle in Florida. You may encounter some during your stay. We exterminate using traps, bait, sprays, and fumigation. There is bug spray on the top shelf in the kitchen cabinet furthest from the sink. If you need us to come and exterminate, we can send someone Monday through Saturday (Sundays are more difficult).

Process was easy and user-friendly from start to finish. Rep was able to answer all my questions and concerns and after we booked, the owner Matthew responded quickly. The property is I a very upscale, safe and quiet neighborhood, close to dining and shopping the home itself was inviting, bright spacious and modern. Everything was provided.
