"We cancelled because of a snow storm, weather report received said 1 to 2 feet with 50 mph winds. Not safe. Property manager not helpful neither was Expedia in getting partial refund. Very disappointed."

"This was a complete disaster and honestly feels like a scam. I booked Rocky Point Resort based on their advertised amenities—cabins, boat rentals, a general store with tackle, and a restaurant. None of it was there. The cabin was in terrible condition, and every single amenity they promote was nonexistent. I get one week off a year, and they wasted it with false advertising. They had no problem charging us, though. Completely unacceptable."

"I brought my three girls here for their spring break and when we first walked in, we looked at each other when we walked in like, can we just live here? The kitchen was fully stocked so we enjoyed cooking, the game room was a hit with teens )no screens needed, but also the TV room was cozy and the perfect way to relax). The hot tub looks out on the lake. It just felt like home, which is honestly the best thing I can say about any rental. Not a “nice place,” not a “cute spot” it felt like home. We were comfortable, we were happy, and none of us wanted to leave. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Showed up to a closed darkly lit property on a remote highway. The check in instructions directed me to find an envelope with check in info in front of store. No envelope no people. I called office and after hour numbers to get help and no answer. I texted no answer. I called Travelocity to get help and finally got a text back from office with check in info. Get into the room which was nice, but no WiFi Had no WiFi for the entire stay. Wouldn’t return "
