Fort Irwin is definitely located off the beaten path. I can see why it is such a great training venue as the topography is very rugged and dry.

Very clean. The chainsaws at 8 am were not great. Unlucky for us. Otherwise a great stay. Front desk folks were amazing. Sonya at concierge was awesome too.
